Former Wayne County judge pleads guilty to rape | News
WAYNE COUNTY, MS (WDAM)- On Monday, 73-year-old Billy Bonner pleaded guilty to raping a 16-year-old girl while she was cleaning his house.
Bonner, a former Justice Court Judge, withdrew his plea of not guilty and admitted that he raped the girl last summer.
Bonner was arrested and charged last July after Wayne General Hospital reported the rape victim had been brought there and claimed she had been attacked while doing house work for the former judge.
Bonner is scheduled to be sentenced next march.
